How It Works
Buyers filter listings by sale/rent status, district, property code, and category.
Listings present verified floor plans, square footage, building age, and photo galleries.
Map view highlights nearby transit links, amenities, and geographical boundaries.
Prospective buyers connect with dedicated property agents via integrated WhatsApp and telephone links.
Realtors publish listings, photos, and team rosters through an administrative panel.
Architecture & Technical Decisions
Laravel backend, PHP 8.4 runtime, Filament administrative suite, OPcache acceleration, and Tailwind CSS.
